We enjoyed this hotel and its very good staff and location.

I really enjoyed staff and drinks. I stayed here for 2 days and would stay here again.

It was fabulous base for travelling to Birmingham, I was glad to stay there. The room was cleaned and available with a bath and a double bed. Plenty of goodies for breakfast: )

I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a bathtub and TV. The restaurant was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I liked my time in this property. I had a fine experience here, everything was perfect, the location was perfect very close to town and all the main shopping and eating places and Birmingham. I was met by pleasant and accommodating staff at the lobby.

Brilliant location, inclusive breakfast, OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff and great wi-fi.

Great staff and cheap rooms, we had the best experience. All in all everything was great, yet we had a little tired bathroom. Continental breakfast was plentiful with croissant.

Overall had really good stay on the first night of my stay.

This place was quaint and the staff was accommodating! They made my stay enjoyable. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Pasta di Piazza that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Contemporary, stylish with a very pleasant hall.

I loved really easy location, welcoming staff. Continental breakfast with plenty of outstanding meals to choose from. Flexible check-in, late check-out. A nice beach, superb view. Visited few places in the centre, just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Pleasant location, perfect breakfast, the stuff were eager to help. I enjoyed a comfortable decor and traditional furniture. Fairly clean hotel, brilliant service. There was an amazing restaurant, the markets and shops next door. Also, brindley place was just 1 km away.

Real good stay, we were there for 1 day. Had good quality standard room with a double bed, nice sized bathrooms, for example.

Non-smoking unit with a delightful decor. Outstanding view, small balcony. The entire staff were eager to help and very-very nice. Location was fantastic, 20 km to Birmingham airport, perfectly reachable. Efficient check-in and perfect service.

such a perfect experience. staff was very helpful, hotel was fairly clean. the room was common and fairly good, we were quite satisfied. loved modern design.

Joyful place, loved it. I had recently refurbished standard queen room with a bath, basic shower and a double bed.

It truly was a good experience. Located within 15 minutes' drive from cadbury world.

We were able to visit cadbury world that was near to the hotel. Cucina Rustica, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining;))
